$2.6 TRILLION STILL MISSING FROM DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE

Why any one can support a government that allows $2.6 TRILLION to go missing and make no effort to find it, utterly amazes me. Of course, 99% of Americans haven't a clue that it is gone. Should we worry about this? After all it is only about a quarter of what the country makes in a year. Our annual goods and services amount to about $10 trillion and the government has "lost" $2.6 trillion. Why get worried over such a thing. The media certainly isn't worried about it. Congress isn't worried about it. The administration could care less.
In our system, we elect representatives who go to Washington to represent our interests. Surely our elected representatives realize the seriousness of this. Why aren't any of them investigating it? Why aren't they speaking about it on the floor of the House and the Senate? Holding press conferences? Why isn't someone demanding to know what happened to $2.6 TRILLION?
Where are the editorials and the op-ed pieces screaming about this extraordinary matter. Was the money stolen? Or is it just a matter(hard to imagine, but possible) of poor accounting?
Has our government grown so large that we can no longer hold it accountable for "losing" an extraordinary amount of taxpayer money?
We are in deep trouble, my friends. Unless we take to the streets, nothing is going to change.
How much longer are we going to tolerate a tyranical, corrupt government?)
